New Build Project - Our need for fundraising -

Our project is to move from this 1950 building

………..to this 2020 building!

We still have some way to go to achieve our project cost of about £805,ooo so that our communities can benefit from a new, modern,energy efficient meeting Hub. Just have a look at how many events take place at our current hall!

We have Big Lottery Fund support (£492k), we have our own savings and we have our own fund-raising target of £50,000 in progress. We are applying to national funders and are asking for support – both financial and in kind – from our local businesses.

The easiest way to find-raise for our cause is to join Easyfundraising via the web. It costs you nothing but our project will benefit from commissions paid by the retailer on your purchases. Just imagine how much is purchased online these days! Just imagine how much your family, relatives, work colleagues could raise between now and June 2019 – just by registering! Our easyfundraising target is £10,000.

You can also increase the benefit to the Village Hall by confirming the addition of Gift Aid - you will need to be paying sufficient income tax to cover the Gift Aid you are claiming, though. EasyFundRaising also have this video which explains how to get started on using their site to raise donations for us.
